Ingredients:
1 handful of white grapes
1 pk grapefruit
3-4 handfuls of lamb's lettuce
200 g Machland beetroot slices
1 handful seeds and nuts - mix
Dressing:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp coarse grain mustard (Dijon)
1 tsp maple syrup
salt, pepper
Mix everything thoroughly to make the dressing compact
Description:
Cut the grape wine balls in half and place in a deeper bowl. Peel the grapefruit, remove the skin from the individual marigolds (by peeling, cutting out). Squeeze the juice from the halves to make the dressing. Place the other half in a bowl with the grape wine. Next, add the chard, the salted and drained beetroot and the mixture of nuts and seeds. Pour over the dressing and mix everything thoroughly. The salad is ready to serve. Or combine with different types of cheese. For the example in the video we used feta cheese.
