Ingredients:
50 g Machland Cornichons
40 g Niva cheese
40 g Gouda or Emmental cheese
100 g fresh cream cheese
2 tablespoons sour cream
½ teaspoon dried crushed garlic
pepper
fresh parsley
Procedure:
Grate the gherkins on a fine grater. Place in a bowl, add grated cheese, fresh cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, pepper and chopped parsley. Mix everything thoroughly. Serve with bread. The remaining gherkins can be used for garnish and to enhance the gherkin flavour.
