Ingredients:
2 pcs (120g) carrots
130g Machland celery
1 tbsp Machland apple puree
250g fresh cream cheese
1 tsp Dijon mustard
salt, pepper, a few drops of lemon juice
chia seeds and fresh herbs for garnish
Procedure:
Wash and finely grate the carrots. Place in a bowl with the drained celery, apple puree, fresh cream cheese and mustard. Add salt, pepper and a few drops of lemon juice. Stir everything lightly and mix. Serve on fresh bread, garnish with seeds and fresh herbs.
