Moravian white cabbage (sweet)

Ingredients:
1 bag of Machland white cabbage
1 onion
oil
1 tablespoon plain flour
100 ml water / brine
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons sugar
salt

Procedure:
Drain the juice from the white cabbage.
Cut the onion into small cubes and fry it in a pot in oil.
Then dust with flour and let it fry for a while to form a roux.
Add the cabbage, water (or brine), cumin, sugar, a pinch of salt and mix everything together.
Now just let the cabbage simmer for a while and it's ready.
