Potato salad with mustard dressing

Ingredients:
500 g boiled potatoes
60 g Machland Cornichons
1-2 tablespoons capers
1 sprig dill
dressing:
1 tbsp coarse grained mustard
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon cucumber pickle juice
salt, pepper

Procedure:
In a deeper bowl, prepare the mustard dressing to form a compact mass. Then add the overcooked potatoes, finely chopped gherkins, capers and dill and mix thoroughly. Suitable as a side dish with meat.
