Potatoe salad

Ingredients:
8 potatoes
3 Machland pickles
2 tablespoons of Machland pepper strips
1 carrot
2 eggs
200 ml mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp cucumber liqueur
50 ml whipped cream (optional)
salt
pepper

Procedure:
Boil the potatoes whole with the skin and let them cool. You can pre-cook them the day before. Then peel them.
Next, boil two hard-boiled eggs and one carrot.
Cut the pickles and carrots into small cubes. Also cut the peppers into smaller pieces.
Using a slicing wheel, cut out the potatoes and eggs in a bowl. Then add the chopped vegetables.
In a smaller bowl, mix the mayonnaise thoroughly with the mustard, cucumber liqueur, cream, salt and pepper. Stir separately so that the flavours are evenly distributed in the salad.
The cream is used to thin the dressing, it can be omitted from the recipe.
Then add the dressing to the vegetables and mix everything thoroughly.

You can also use Machland Salad Mix to make potato salad.
