Tuna spread

Ingredients:
1 pack tuna (can approx. 170 g)
200 g cream cheese
50 g Machland pepper strips
60 g Machland Cornichons
1 pc hard-boiled egg
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp dried garlic
pepper, salt

Description:
Dump the tuna into a deeper bowl. Add cream cheese, sliced peppers, onion and diced gherkins to a large bowl. Add the chopped eggs or use a potato slicer (round). Add the chopped thyme and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Gently stir the mixture so that the tuna meat doesn't completely break down. Serve immediately. You can use the remaining vegetables - strips of peppers, gherkins or onions - to garnish.
