Ingredients:
1 bag of Machland white cabbage
1 onion
oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon wine vinegar
50 ml dry white wine
salt
Procedure:
Drain the brine from the white cabbage.
Cut the onion into small cubes and fry it in a pot in oil.
Then add the sugar and let it caramelise. Finally, drizzle the onions with wine vinegar.
Add the cabbage, white wine, salt and mix everything together.
Now let the cabbage simmer for just a moment and it is ready.
